There has not been a pr update in ages and according to Matt Cutts there wont be any till next year.

Anyway if are ranking on google, high pr + relevancy is definitely important.

But your article is rubbish.
You give a Spun content and got little value.
Grammatical errors, adverb are not used correctly.
After I have edited, Left 200 words, some are repetition.
You are such a lazy fellow to get a good quality article for guest post.

Nonetheless, I am working on your content to make it read better.
For future cases, I will definitely not publish contents that are just spun from the web.
Might just as well, I copied the article directories and point the links to them.
