Thanks for the share, but I can't let this sht stand any longer.
Go to pstec.org, download the free audio and get rid of bad feelings caused by shtty memories in minutes. No bad feelings to numb means no desire to overeat, or drink excessively, or participate in other risky adventures to feel "better." No need to write down endless feelings in your diaries; or analyze your behaviors in detail; or apologize to people that don't deserve it; or humiliate yourselves at anonymous groups on a nightly basis; or wonder why therapy year after year with your flaky therapists isn't working. Use pstec to eliminate old burdens with no sacrifice, it works, I'm serious.
