So...great - stuff can be imported to it - but once there is impossible to d/l, so its quite useless to me and others for whom it refuses to work properly.

What works for me is to import it to my account, and use MEGAsync or Mipony to download. MEGAsync keeps the folder structure, Mipony does not.
