[GET] OptimizePres v2.2.2.1 and Clubhouse templates Pack

I have put it in 2 separated files for those who don't need the templates. OptimizePres Theme One you upload the theme, you have to activate it. It will tell you it needs an API. Write whatever in that field and it will send you to configure the theme.
