This guy is reselling Strong Webinar!

Frank closed down Strong Webinar years ago and started selling the source code with no updates or support.

If you prefer to buy the source code and host it on your own website, here is where the source code lives. Just remember there is NO support and I doubt it will run on PHP 7 now.

Useless software.. Webinar doesn't work on mobile so got refund back.

Even they don't approve resale OTO so got refund back for this too.
