What's up, y'all?
Here's some classic software that's just been upgraded.
This is by Chris Ramsey - an offline consultant who I believe
is quite a talented copywriter.

This software (which presently costs at least $47) will bring you back
local leads (for any area or business type), based on Google Maps, Yahoo Local, Yellow Pages, or Yelp. Pick 1, then go from there.

To use it (after you download and install, of course), you pick which local biz directory you want to use (from the 4 I mentioned above).
Then, Under 'Required Inputs,' enter the business type, location, country.
Then click 'Search' under 'Options'

The program will go to work immediately, collecting the information you want.
You'll be able to export your results for later use or whatever.

The software will bring you back:
Biz Name, address, phone, email, website, rating,
whether they havea Mobile-based website, a flash-based website, and which category they're in.

It worked pretty well for me, although due to the nature of how some websites
are configured and crawled, they're not always reported correctly to Google,
and consequently, to software such as this type.
For example, I noticed that one of the sites that it reported did NOT have
a mobile-optimized site DID, in fact, have one when I checked it on my mobile.

TIP: Always be sure you do that before you contact a business, by the way.
Otherwise, you'll look like a dumb-ass if you tell them that their site
is not mobile friendly, when, in fact, it is.

PRO TIP: On the other hand, if Google doesn't properly recognize it as being
mobile-optimized, even though it is, guess what? They're still losing busines because they're not going to get that 'mobile love' from the big G and others.
So.... I still see that as an opportunity!

P.S. I'm also throwing in another little jewel in the downloaded zip file... The Google Maps Listing Locator install file. Just open it up and follow the directions!

To use the program, enter in a business name, keyword, and location (city, state, or postal code) then click "Start Search". When your results are located, you'll be notified by the "Position" indicator on the bottom right.
