There is NO tighter-fisted, tighter-assed, jaded, pain-in-the-butt client than a real estate agent/broker. They get hammered all day every day by idiot marketers promising the same bullshit that Matt claims to promote.
The average real estate broker makes less than $18,000 per year. Good luck getting them to part with any of it. This is my own experience. YMMV. That said, +5 rep to OP.  |
