Please don't ask me for any updates as i found this kicking about in my scripts folder.
As far as im aware it works 100%

This game is made with eclipse and cocos2d-x lib and designed our own graphics in photoshop so you can easily reskin it.We have also included in-app purchase to remove ads.You have to just change some assets and value and you are ready to upload.

Import Project into Eclipse.
Change Package ID, Version ID, App Name.
Setup new icons, launch screens, localization and meta-data
Change ID for Ad Networks.
Update Review Us URL.
Configure Game Center.
Change Atlases file with new images
Export Project and upload to Play Store.
