I'm not the techiest of people so I'm a big fan of everything and anything that is easy to use, and more importantly easy to understand. I have never come across a tool that is so mind blowingly easy to use, and yet delivers so much necessary information in a format that even I can understand

Use this on your competitions sites to see what's making them tick. Use it on your own sites to check how healthy they are. I tried it on one of mine that I'd not done anything with for a while, to put it mildly it gave me a shock, I'll be spending a lot more time with it now

You could do everything manually or you could use paid services, but I don't think that there is anything out there that gives you this amount of easily understandable data at this price. I'm a big fan of anything that makes life easier, and this more than fits the bill
