I feel a little strange with people who speak in the video.
I believe that person is an Indian. He uses language and dialect mixed with English language but use the Indian dialect. just sayin'.

Hi there. After downloaded the files above, drag all the 3 files into new folder. Then change the 02CPAC.z01 to 01CPAC.z01

Change 03CPAC.z02 to 01CPAC.z01

In the new folders, right click the 01CPAC.zip and choose extract here if you use winrar

Well Indian people also mix english and they native language when speaking.I never found why they do it...
