I'm so sorry for the very late reply. I never really gave the ebook a thorough read so I learned about the password-protected Vimeo videos just now after reading your post and PM. I'm sorry but I'm afraid I can't help you out regarding those passwords. I got the ebook through its direct download link and never made it to its download page where things like passwords to private videos are usually given.
