This looks JUST like stuff from another user who was banned for using copycat stuff and giving fake VT links - only this post looks like it has a real VT link.
(Not getting this as it looks just like that did.)

Will wait to see if anyone is brave enough to get this member's stuff and maybe post back if it is any good - or not ?!?

No, this is another nick of code xinh dot com guy. He shared tons of resources, some good, some bad here.
He did add backlink to code xinh dot com to some themes and plugins, and some just only a shortcut link in package folder.
But, resources he shared not sure clean, not sure nulled...
He like a crazy spam this section with ton of shares every week. The main purpose is get some traffic to his site.
I sure he have above 4 account here, one account share, another will comment say thanks to bump thread.

His way is very pullshit, make this section like shit hole.
Mods ban him because he created many account just to spam here.

About virustotal results? It just be scam to stupid kids, it show virus on some clean themes and it cannot scan bad links to spam sites in the code.
Virustotal is a pullshit if you want to check 'untouched' themes and plugins.
