The indicators used there are: TradingView Indicator Suite and NinjaTrader Indicator Suite. The file is currently not available.

It's not the same system(although it does talk about price action) and obviously not the same indicator. The indicator recommended by the author of this book is Trader Dale’s Flexible Volume Profile Forex Indicator which is best suited for Ninjatrader platform. I guess you will have to buy it cos i don't think there is any way around it.
