Q: Do you offer updates and when do you plan on doing updates?
A: I offer Lifetime Updates. The theme works great and makes beautiful websites. And I'm currently working on updates now, adding many new options for better control. Plus with your feedback and suggestions I'm sure we'll be making some fantastic improvements in the near future as well. Be sure to take advantage of the low price now, once all the new features are added the price will rise to the normal retail price.

Q: Are the images included with the theme and are the properly licensed?
A: Yes. the images are included with the theme and YES they are all licensed under the

I have even included FREE Stock photo list with some of my favorite image banks. This is included with the theme.

Q: Are there any PSDs that are included?
A: No, this theme does not require a PSD to edit. It's all done in the Theme Options Panel.

Q: Are these the same as your other OfflineBusinessThemes.com Themes?
A: No, this is an entirely different theme and business entity.

Q: Will you be doing Niched Volumes like you did with OfflineBusinessThemes.com?
A: Yes. As soon as the framework is updated I will start creating and offering niched volumes from the BeyondTheme Framework.

Q: Can videos be added to the "sliders"?
A: At the moment the slider images are controlled by the feature image function. The new update will have video capabilities within the slider area. For now you can add video to the Feature area blocks.

Q: Is there an option in the theme to make the phone number 'click to call'.
A: Yes, it automatically makes the phone number click to call. Just enter your number into the options panel and you're good to go.

Q:Can any optin plugin be used where the existing one is? Is that a widget area?
A: Yes, just paste your autoresponder code into the proper theme option and that's it.

Q: Which Google Maps plugin does the theme use? Can the 'Get Directions' API functionality be activated and made available?
A: It's a custom widget that pulls in google maps by enter long/lat. Nothing fancy at all. As far as the 'Get Directions' API functionality, I would suppose it would work with a plugin of your choice, but I'll look into that more and give you a better answer.

I'll be making lots of updates, so anything else you can think of, please let me know.

Q: Does the Developer Rights the theme come with include White-Label Rights?
A: Yes, essentially, definitions of these rights vary so much from person to person, so I tried to be as clear and succinct as possible with the rights posted on salespage. But yes you can put them in your own portfolio and sell them WITH a domain as a completed customized site for your client. You can't sell them as a theme or derivative thereof.

Q: Will the theme work with most common WP Cache plugins such as WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache, and others?
A: As far as I know, incompatibilities will be addressed as reported as we move along.
