@bbhmogul: Thank you for both the review and the mirror link. I am sending double max reps your way because seeing mirrored links lately has been like seeing a unicorn in the flesh! @All: The zippyshare link under bbhmogul's mirror still works (as of today, 12/22/2020) but the Solidfiles link, which I normally always go for first, was blocked by my Malwarebytes. You may have a different experience but I thought I'd just share that tidbit of information. @GordonShumway: I'm happy you got around to finding this. Better late than never, as the saying goes.
