I have this problem and would like to know if anyone has gone through something similar:
The plugin sends the tests emails normally to any email address. So I thought it worked. But when I tested it for sending the confirmation email, it does not send it to Gmail or Hotmail addresses or any other address that is outside the hosting where it is installed. That is, if I ask it to send the confirmation email to any address within Hostgator, it sends it. But any other address outside it, it does not. The interesting thing is that this happens only when it tries to send the confirmation email after the optin. I haven't tested what happens with the Autoresponders or Newsletters yet. Anyone with similar problem? |
