If your using WinRAR to open the file, make sure you have the 'archive comment' enabled. Click on the Options Menu, and on the General Tab, in Interface Section, there is 'Show archive comment'. I found the following in the files I opened "Password: http://www.mojazdl.com' (that was copied/pasted from inside the .zip). I opened several files, and the one's I tested, I pasted the clipboard in, and removed "Password: " and it extracted fine. Hope this helps.
