Can anyone help me understand /fix this : A URL found in one or more locations in wp-config.php was not migrated as it was either not recognized or in an unrecognized location in the file: "http://mydomain.com"

I think that you need to "publish" your site AFTER all modifications, you can save your work with the draft function or save function.
They are Wp sites

Also, if somebody can point me to the OTO3 (template) I see a backupminisitetenplate zip file in the download folder, that's it?. My hosting server is in "maintenance" and I can't upload anything.
