There is nothing wrong with the file. I can open the file I have on my computer and the one I uploaded to mirrorcreator as well. Perhaps you need to update whatever pdf file viewer you're using.

I have updated Acrobat reader, downloaded from all mirrors. All versions of file keep giving same error "damaged"

Its not my Acrobat, because it opens other files with no problem.

Can you try reuploading it? Maybe as a MOBI or DOC?
