Here is exactly what you need

Make a video using

1) 1920*1080 static background with your logo above
2) Watermark semi transparent png you can put at the bottom of your video.
3) Using powerpoint slides to create video (product images and text) with voiceover
4) Video outro (create 3 videos and 1 logo)
5) Annotations using youtube
6) Custom thumbnail (make yourself)
7) upload to youtube and optimize it.
