interesting, few minutes into listening and he already resonates with me... with coporate stuffy copy writing...I know. At my job. I see the worst copy come through my department and get pushed through as no one listens to me to fix them..

Thanks for sharing, I will continue learning and hopefully the next company I work for will give me freedom to clean up their email copy and make them better
