Sorry folks.
Looks like its seller is smarter than the usual sort and caught on very quickly.Seems to work for some and not for others...so YMMV.

I'm leaving this up ONLY as a reference and/or just in case anyone finds a better way for the membership to make use of it after all.

Looks like the registration doesn't work any more. After repeatedly filling in all the fields and submitting, it returns you to the registration page.

True. I tried again on a different browser and it worked! Nice Fiverr-like interface.

However, the browser throws up an "expired certificate" warning.

I tried a couple of times yesterday to register unsuccessfully. Tried just now and got in.
