Margaret Lynch's program seeks to break through the internal sludge and open you up to new levels of possibility. Just like Stuart Lichtman's programs anything to get you unstuck is worth the time. As I have said before, I am a fan of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) because it has a documented success in overcoming internal problems. Something about tapping on your EFT points and saying ALOUD what needs to be said. I think a good part of it is the words coming out of one part of your brain and going into another part of your brain. Course Instructions

In order to move through the 7 Levels in an orderly and
intentional fashion we offer you the following recommendations:

Start with the audios for each chakra as they comprise the backbone
of the program

Next, follow with the video for each chakra as they are
supplemental and support the audio portion

Finally, work through the workbook in order to experience the
material in an additional modality, which will support your overall
integration of the material into your life

We recommend working with one chakra per week. When you work
through the audio/video/workbook you will find sections that may
become intense for you. Listen to those sections more than once AND
do the tapping more than once. The transcripts will be very helpful
in that regard as you can return to specific sections, or return to
just the tapping sequences if you prefer.

Once you complete the program, we enthusiastically recommend that
you give yourself a few weeks or a month off to integrate your
experience fully (physically, spiritually, emotionally and
psychologically), BEFORE you start the first chakra over again, which
of course we highly recommend!
