@Dokho410: I don't know if this helps but instead of asking for a re-up of something that wasn't directly provided in the first place, you can use the link provided by sjc999 in post #4 to get to any and all of the product download pages. If you don't know how to use that link, just send me a PM and I'll try to help you (or see Hint below).

But you're right … it seems the product download that Nancy857 provided in the original post was already moved by the product owner. However, the share in the OP is a direct link to the website (not a zipped download) so you're better off finding a way to get to the link yourself. And sjc999 gives you that in post #4 (while it's still working).

HINT: If you're wondering what to do with that link in post #4, just copy it and paste it into the address area of your browser. Hit enter. What this calls up is the "thank you" (or download) pages from the author's site. Just read through the titles to find downloads you are interested in and click the titles. You will be taken to the individual download page. You may want to use a quick and efficient download manager like Internet Download Manager (IDM) or JDownloader2 to quickly grab all the links and download them in the background, while you're reading through the other download pages on that list.

UPDATE: Just so you know, I'm using the master "thank you" link that sjc999 provides and there are still a few product download links that are not working. So, either maintenance is going on or the products are being moved for another reason. In such a case, there is nothing you can do about a book not being available on the server.
