I just briefly looked through the site and their faq. These all seem to be MRR and not PLR. I see a few plr zips, but mostly resell rights products and those are not editable source files, just resell rights of mostly ebooks. Just a heads up.

There are some real golden nuggets here and despite most being MRR, this can easily be bundled and sold in a package of maybe 5 -10 products at a reasonably attractive price like say $17-$27. After all, we got it free on BBHF.

As a matter of interest for those not in the know, you can do a search on a webpage by simple pressing the "alt" + "f" key simultaneously. A box will pop up and you can search for any term i.e. PLR, self improvement or whatever. This is particularly useful if you just want to make a quick search for products within a niche that you are interested in.
