I would be very annoyed if I were the guy whose templates have been taken and used in this package without the correct rights. It's happened to me before. You can blame coders, copywriters, designers only so much. If you are selling the product and taking the money then the responsibility is all YOURS.

I also question why someone who has been found to be using someone else's work is allowed to 'fix' things and keep selling here. It's not what we should be encouraging, is it? I really don't get that.

The seller of that WSO has a history of abandoning products after development. I mistakenly purchased one of his products and had to wait many months for promised updates. I have to give him some credit for at least coming through with the updates but further product updates and development have ceased.
