At the bottom of this post you will find two new links - one just for Mod 3 and one just for the three local niche packages that originally came with the main package (chiropractors, landscapers, house painters).

If you downloaded the main package before noonish Sep 12 then check your Mod 3 folder and the Local Niche Package folders to see if you need one or both of these. There should be 3 videos in the Mod 3 folder and 6 zip files in the Local Niche Package folder.

I downloaded the original archives and the AIO, and there are identical problems when unpacking the archive (screenshot below):
