I just found this open directory link with lots of downloads for utilities that work with Microsoft programs (namely, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) as well as with Google Mail, Hotmail, and other internet-based applications.

I see (by the name in the URL) it is an Indian (Hindi) site so be sure what you download is suitable for your applications. I found this on an open directory forum discussion, so I don't believe it is restricted to a particular language.
