Yes - I know this thread is ANCIENT !!
But: The same author's course has just been shared and this title is pretty much the 1st thing he recommends that viewers get (he used to send it for free + shipping...). Checked the links and of course they are dead by now. Any chance of a re-up by some kind person here ??
