QUICK REVIEW: It's basically mass uploading thousands of the same AD Campaigns to FB. It takes advantage of the fact that FB will run some traffic to each campaign to see how it converts and each will be fairly cheap clicks to start, so you keep your CPC pretty low and gives you thousands of clicks even if each ad only generates 1 or 2 clicks per day.

He said he hasn't done this in a couple of years and not sure it still works or FB would allow it (or maybe try a different platform) but shows his account and examples of how it was done.
