My Review:

Honestly, there's nothing new here. Look for "city + local biz" in small populated cities. (20 - 50K). Buy a domain and set up lead gen system on it. Then go to Manta.com and look for local bizs in the chosen city. Contact the owners by email and offer them the lead gen system for like 295 bucks!. That's all.

I like the email copy though!

For veterans, don't waste your time, except perhaps the email copy.

For noobs, it might help

What he failed to show you is how to set up the lead gen system. I guess he assumes you know how to set that up.

I don't really recommend it either, especially considering he's so behind the times he's teaching how to use the soon to be defunct google keyword tool - and the new planner tool doesn't do broad match searches.

it's nothing you haven't read before. Also, the previous download link, the zip file does not include the .txt referenced in the pdf, and the link to the over-the-shoulder video isn't functioning - so it's a quick ready without actually seeing what he's telling you to do. You have to guess lol

If you're a newbie, this is a good place to start. There are far too many distractions and complications that you'll inevitably encounter in IM, and if you're just starting out this is a good method that will keep you focused, and also keep in mind that this appears like it can be implemented by the average person who still has a day job, and who doesn't have hours and hours to dedicate to IM just yet.
