The 10.00 S&H charge is a poor excuse to use. I have never been charged that much to ship a CD. If this was a true offer, from the offer, not you, there would be no charge to download, but that is not offered and shows what the author is really up to.

You know, I get it. We want something for free. We all do. Look where we are. We are all sitting here, reading publication after publication on how to squeeze another dollar from unsuspecting people. I just find it incredibly funny that when someone uses those SAME TRICKS to cost YOU money... you jump on here and bitch. Anyone else find this incredibly funny?

But anything to do with a BUYERS LIST!

Charging for S&H means you already have your CC out - so why not make an OTO when the S&H is paid...?
