As for exercises, If I get a profound reaction to something I came across, I make it into an exercise. That vibe is sent out from me and returns stronger than when I sent it out, then I send it out again stronger than when it came in, and so a loop is created of stronger and stronger vibrations.

Here's one that I'm about to turn into an exercise.

CHAPTER 52 of The Aquarian Gospel

Jesus spends forty days in the temple groves.
Passes the fifth brotherhood test and receives the fifth degree, HEROISM.

THE sacred temple groves were rich in statues, monuments and shrines; here Jesus loved to walk and meditate.
2) And after he had conquered self he talked with nature in these groves for forty days.
3) And then the guide took chains and bound him hand and foot; and then cast him into a den of hungry beasts, of unclean birds, and creeping things.

Chapter 7 of the Aquarian Gospel


27) Then every man of earth will read the words of life in language of his native land, and men will see the light, walk in the light and be the light.
28) And man again will be at one with God.

Practicing activating LIGHT is our destiny and must happen using our imagnitive forces, to our Earth self what happens in the mind is fake, made up, but at one level of of our soul it's very real.

We see a movie and forget about the physical world for the most part and experience the movie with our mind and emotions if it's a really good movie, it's real to our mind.

One of the worst enemies to face is saying to ourselves it's not real. What we experience while asleep or astral projecting is really real, just not real on Earth or 3rd dimension real, unless it's a pre-cog dream or similar event.
