No it didn't require Linkedin Premium you need to login using your Linkedin credential and the app will login itself after you successfully logged in and authorize the app to post on your behalf. I have tested this with my own linkedin account (free one) and its working fine

I don't think so because this app is a very basic autoposting and scheduling app which is using Linkedin official API.
