No, they are not accurate. I wrote other post here about this issue. I have created (and paid) a full video campaign on a keyword of 5400 searches when the real volume was 240 in KPlanner (that actually should feed MYX with its search volume data). Since that time I make a cross-check before starting any serious project. The search volume issue does not appear always, but yes its there somehow and sometimes.
