4. using tools google keyword planner for keywords to tag in youtube video
5. mind map - focusing in TV offer and upload to youtube video and put link to click bank affliate
6. Tracking your ads - discuss for newbies

all in all this is for click bank affiliate marketing with youtube as your traffic source.
It is an old method used and I don't think, if it works today as a lot of things change in youtube
