I got that error to and found a solution:

1 - Open command prompt (hit start button, type cmd, right click, run as Administrator
2 - type the following:
net localgroup /add Users
(and hit return)

Now do the same for the Guest OR Guests (Can't remember which) if you get that error to:

1 - Open command prompt (hit start button, type cmd, right click, run as Administrator
2 - type the following:
net localgroup /add Guest
(and hit return)

To check you have the Users and Guest AND/OR Guests, type the following and hit return:
net localgroup

If you see the Users and Guest AND/OR Guests listed there, the installation should work.

Oh yes, that is so true, it has not features, no right click menu, you can't even delete keywords, and it already have 244 pages of keywords from some projects they apparently packed with the .exe installer, they just stay in the "List All" menu.

Some times it misses 1/3 of the keywords from an import, and from the keywords imported it skips even more.

The Page Rank don't work (No Google has not blocked on my IP.)

If I click and hold to drag the window down to make it
smaller, there are no way to maximize it again.

And then they give you a Google Shopping scraper in bonus that can't even export the keywords.

And like I mentioned in another post:
It's actually made up of 2 different bot makers put on top of some UI.
One of them is winautomation, that's easy to see, and the other is ubot
not easy to see but I saw it at one point in a window that popped up. (No wonder why it's full of bugs)

As you see in the first quote above, non english OS's have problems installing it, and the email he send with a manual solution shown on a forum was actually a link I showed him in a ticket where I explain how I fixed it, he barely said thanks. He should not have send that link to his customers as that was for the same problem but for a game (so it was not the right exact approach), I just showed him the link to show him the error message and the solution, so his customers should have been sent a clearer explanation like I gave above.

They take very long to get updates out, it's more than a week since (when in beta, see link below) they took the scraper out so you can only import keywords, because of the new keyword planner, and they promised it would be fixed before launch.
