i actually have put this meditation into practice and the results were amazing , i felt good and happy , even the

days are good , i even thought about promoting this as an affiliate.

As i have shiny object syndrome :) , i stopped practicing it :(

friends there are huge number of meditation programs there , the best thing is to try different

practices and stick with something that matches you.

If iam going to do meditation again i will only do this meditation and the one suggested

in the book "the master key system"
