this is virus, but why is this guy doing this... admin should ban him immediately. rubbish... unzip it and pass through virustotal. just scan the javee.exe. my pc shouted when i unzipped the rar file. its wrong to affect members of this forum with virus.

VT for this is a bit strange as it says 2 engines detected this file, but only shows that BitDefenderTheta detected BScope.Trojan.Yakes, described thusly:

I found lots of info about this malware - but no specific tool to remove it - just sales pitches for full AVs that claaim to clean it successfully.

Always better to aim offense when questions come up, right ??
That way there is no need to provide FACTS;
Especially when a well-reputed AV shows evidence of malware in something you've shared...

But wait it got even worse, because it has also been shown that 11 engines detected this file as having malware and they also include what I posted about earlier by more AVs, see here:
