Think people. Think. Take the code, use it as a template and hire someone to correct/modify it into a product of your own. Correct any weaknesses in the original and use the weakness to compare against as a selling point. At the most, you'll only have to do cosmetic updates, if any, as WP shouldn't make any major code changes anytime soon.
