@All: I'm so sorry about that. Rather than re-up this, I will refer everyone to the more updated version that progordie posted a link to in post #3.

Also, since I deleted all of the copy in the OP, I need to remind you that those two instances of malicious programs reported in the VT scan are only worth note if you use the two AV programs it relates to. If YOUR antivirus program has a green check-mark, nothing malicious was detected so you're good.

If you use one of the two engines that reported a problem, you can:

1 - Do a Google search using the name of your AV program and the reported issue (name of the malady detected), exactly as shown (including any numbers, etc. to see if others have reported it as a "false positive."

I suggest that you seek out computer technology/web help sites for the answer. Stick with sites that provide information and focus on computers and virus protection or you can waste a lot of time reading through AV forum posts where someone makes known their issue and instead of helpful advice, you get post-after-post with "Me too!" replies, sarcastic comments or information that isn't easy to follow or makes no sense.

After doing your due diligence, based on what you discover, your remaining options are one of the two below:

2 - (IF YOU DETERMINE THAT THE VIRUS REPORT WAS A FALSE POSITIVE:) Use the program but do so inside of a virtual sandbox, so that it will not affect anything on your computer's operating system or other programs. Most AV programs have an option in the settings to operate a particular program inside a virtual sandbox. If you cannot find it in your AV program, try searching for a standalone virtual sandbox that is free, has a limited trial or at a cost you can afford. I know of Sandboxie and I believe it's free now, so I'll post a link at the bottom of this post.

3 - (IF YOU COULD NOT FIND INFORMATION TO SUPPORT A FALSE POSITIVE:) Delete the file from your computer and continue searching for a cleaner VT result by looking for JixiPix Spectrel Art v.1.1.7 from another download site.

As I mentioned, you can search dl4all.org or any or its sister sites (or any of the many, many download sites online) to find another file for JixiPix Spectrel Art but since both the share I originally posted and progordie's updated version both show the 2 engines detecting a malicious program, I suspect that most JixiPix downloads will show the same results.
