Check permission plugin directory(instabuilder) is 0775 in cpanel->file manager.

sorry permission 0755 and not 0775

ok i got what u mean. i'm using filezilla... so i made the complete folder 755.. that dosn't help

I'm having the same problem, tried with mailwizz, arpreach and MailChimp.

But to subscribe it gives error in optin, passes the form information without the tag method = "post" and send as get method in the browser.

How do you fix the problem?

guys, making the folder 755 doesn't help, still no permission. what can i do? i'm using filezilla

you guys have no permission because key don't work (but it has to work with any key)
that means you did something wrong
download it from OP, extract, upload to wp-content/plugin folder
register with any key and that's it

thats exact what i did. i'm so confused why it's not working :((((((((((
