very funny seems it need to be nulled if installed as plugin it asks for a License Key will not go any further with out key thanks for the try

Not understanding...key is in file labeled "!licence".

Maybe needs to be reuppped?

It require to be activated, but you can find the information in the zip file under "Licence"
I also scanned the download and no treat where founded.

Still the version you have cleaned, have this line "<?php wp_head(); ?>" can you tell me where is the infection.
