I double checked everything just for consistency and everything looks fine to me.
Well Windows 8 detects ccleaner and battlefield as virus too for me so I wouldn't rely on that.
Before uploading, I usually thoroughly check most files and scan with http://themecheck.org/ which is 99% accurate. I suggest you download theme somehow, find a infected vulnerability and post it here before scaring everyone with things like "beware".

It's funny to rely on antivirus to detect code injection but since you said windows 8 detected it for you, I scanned it via virustotal.

naa, its not the case. I go through the code my self to find injects, but in this case this is the first time of my life that I can not download the file - and all my browsers keep saying - unable to download malware. I have disabled all my antivirus, malwarebytes, everything - but still unable to download :D
