Remember, even though we are using an unorthodox method for registering this program, Driver Booster is nevertheless still able to connect to the Internet.. that means that when a driver is found to be outdated; Driver Booster is actually able to contact the necessary servers of the required Drivers in the USUAL manner, via your normal internet connection, and they in turn are updated..

Yup, your right. When I try to update old windows 7 machine. I can update the driver flawlessly. Now the next problem when you download the updated database. I will failed because you need a working connection or proxy. When you remove the non-routable proxy, it will connect and update the database, but you detect and loose your license. It will go back to free version. I didn't try to re-enter the license again. I will try later.

It can realy screw up your windows if you don't check the drivers yourself. I also tried other programs and the funny thing is that all apps finds updates regardless you are updated with the latest drivers. You need to check online if the found driver versions by the app realy excist. I wouldn't be suprised that they install non excisting or even drivers with changed driverversions names just to fuck up your system.

Followed all the instruction but failed miserably.
