@Ness491: Thank you for the share but I found it difficult to get a screen that looks like the one you posted. How does one get to that image? I wanted to download this as a PDF and tried that inside the Excel file. I ended up getting the first checklist and blank pages for all the rest.

@Edjumacated_Bum: Thank you --- your post gave me step-by-step information I could use get these (as Excel files).

And can be gotten as HTML pages from the 'save as'/download page in the menu.
It is a tiny little ZIP file that unzips quite a bit larger with an HTML page each for all 18 sections of it.
If desired, I can make a mirror of that ZIP.
