Once the operators of the scheme "dump" sell their overvalued shares, the price falls and investors lose their money. Stocks that are the subject of pump and dump schemes are sometimes called "chop stocks" Pump and d u m p s are illegal because you are willfully attempting to manipulate the value of a security. And if you are doing this with other people as well, it's even worse because that implies it is more of a concentrated effort to do that. An example is if you and a few buddies are looking at a stock that only trades a few thousand shares a day. Between the group of you, you trade the stock so the volume is much, much higher than what it usually is. Others will notice this and think that the stock is going up by its own merits, clueless to the fact that you and your buddies are artificially driving up the price and volume. Others start buying and drive the price further based on the artificial demand you've created, and then you sell it off and the price probably tanks to where you started or less. In a sense and your buddies would be guilty of collusion and artificially manipulating the value of the security. That's why it's not fair, and understandably, that's why it's illegal. Furthermore, pump and d u m p s are also carried out by people that hack into others trading accounts, sell off their assets, and use the money to buy stocks involved in the pump and dump, which has the same effect of artificially driving up the price. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- d u m p s --> remove spaces in the link https://www.udemy.com/how-to-trade-pump-and-d u m p s/?couponCode=h548793v Perhaps the trainer is gonna teach how to outsmart the Pumpers in their own game ;).. lets see |

RE: [GET] How to Trade Pump and D u m p s
Pump and *marked as SPAM* are easy to spot. Watch for the load period roughly 6 months before the run which can be seen in high volume days, read the docs for stock options and when they will mature. Beware of stock option maturity dates! You can typically catch the run right before it happens and there are tools that no one talks about but using indicators are lag measures, not a good idea. Find out who is getting paid to pump the stock and watch for any chatter on the stock forums. Get ready to sell taht morning the day pump teams are pushing that stock. By the time you might get in, is when they are up 1500%.
Level 2 can help to get you out in time when the big orders start flushing but the pump teams understand how to offload without causing panic. Watch for consistent orders at various levels of price. I know this may help or not but I have been trained by some of the best. It's not really this hard, it's simply that people have hope, that hope turns to losses and who likes to admit they screwed up. Risk aversion causes many sleepless nights while the scammers sleep with smiles. I could go on and on, but the reason you do not succeed in a pump and dump is because you are on the tail-end and many times caught up in the hype with your heart beating fast. |
