@i_Love_Knowledge Can I just ask...
What difference does it make if a new thread is created as opposed to updating an existing one? (apart from possibly breaking the forums rules).

I've never understood the reason. Is it something to do with SEO, or some other reason?

Mostly it being against the rules, but it also makes it harder to find a course that has updated information.

Would you rather search one thread? or search multiples of the same thing and HOPE you could find an updated code?

Also, If you went through the trouble of personally asking an instructor for a couple free coupons in exchange for reviews, would you want someone else to take credit for it?

Those are a couple of reasons just off the top of my head.
