Funny thing...it is a MOBI - which many folks cannot use, so here it is in PDF and EPUB:

I do not scan ebooks beyond the 2 scans done by my own PC, if anyone is so inclined and especially if something is bad about the files, please post that here to warn others - but since nothing was found by my AVs it seems unlikely.
