[GET] How to Create a Free Report that Presells
Hi ABF! (Awesome BlackHat Family)

Probably a PLR but might seem helpful to some, enjoy,

-MT

====

Short introduction to the report:

What happens if you toss a sales page in front of a
targeted audience?

You make some sales if your offer and sales copy are both good.

But it’s also likely that up to 98% or even 99% of your prospects
will leave the sales page without hitting the “buy now” button.

That’s pretty dismal, isn’t it? But the good news is, you can
improve your conversion rate. And one good way to do that is by
creating a free presell report. As the name implies, this is a
report that you give away to your prospects as means of warming
them up to the idea of buying your product. It tends to work well
for two reasons.

1. Your prospects drop their defenses. Because you’re giving your
prospects a valuable report and not a sales letter, they tend to
drop their “advertising” defenses. That means they’ll read your
report with an open mind. And by the time they get to the end,
they’ll be open to your suggestions.

2. Your report demonstrates value. This is a benefit no matter
what kind of product you’re selling. But it’s especially important
when you’re selling information products. That’s because anyone
who is impressed with the information you’re giving away for FREE
is going to assume that your paid information is even better.
As you can see, presell reports are powerful tools.

Testing Niche Markets With Mini Reports

The Next Step

The cheapest option available to test out whether any of your niche product ideas have actually got any Hot Target Markets, and have got any mileage in them, is to create a couple of mini reports that you can simply and easily put together at no cost whatsoever to you, except a little time because you'll have to do some light reading. But the time you put in now will be well worth your while in two ways initially.

A. It'll save you time going up a blind alley with something that isn't going to be productive and make you cash..!

B. It'll save you cash if you had intentions of outsourcing your product manufacture by a professional..!

The simplest way to amass the knowledge for your mini reports is to peruse as many Article Sites (or PLR articles) as you can using the keyword(s) you gathered about your niche topics. Just type your keyword into the Search box at the top of the article site and it'll come up with a list of articles containing your keywords. You will need to ensure that they are extremely high quality articles and contain as much relevant content as possible.

You'll need to create a Desktop folder that also contains two further folders that are named to match each niche you're targeting. This is where you'll save these high quality articles.

You will need to save around two... preferably three...dozen high quality articles on each of your favourite niche topics. If nothing else you will become so well versed with your chosen subjects that you could well end up being an authority figure at the end of this particular operation.

Reprint Rights (Or use PLR articles that you have rewritten and added images [Where necessary] to help explain)

Also another criterion that really matters as far as each article is concerned; is that Reprint Rights must be freely granted as long as you leave the author's name credits and resource box intact to prevent copyright infringements.

Many articles in Article Sites allow copying if the above 'rules' are adhered to and that you use a list of reputable Article Sites.

A good alternative if "Reprint Rights" to "individual articles" are not freely available is to email every author with your intentions and ASK THEM if you can include their article in your brand new book. Mention who you are right at the top and say that you are writing a book about your whatever your particular niche topic is and that you came across their article in whichever article site it was where you found it. Say that you'd like to include their article in your new book and mention that if your readers would like to get hold of them, that you'll leave their contact details underneath the article. (This is where you place the information from the articles "Resource Box") Also mention that you are waiting for their reply as you are about to start publishing the book. Thank them and get the emails sent out ASAP. Now then, wait for the replies and include the articles from those that you received a reply. You don't even need to pay the author anything for the use of their article either!!

Compile Your Mini Report

The next phase is to compile your mini report, I am going to talk in the singular here, as you can carry out these steps for further reports.

You can compile your mini report using one of two ways:

1. Cherry pick the very best 10 or 12 articles and copy them into one file, each must be complete with the subject heading and author's name credits and resource box intact. List them one after another allowing a few lines between each. Use Notepad or a similar text editor for this. Then transfer your compiled articles into MS Word or a similar program such as 'OpenOffice Writer' and set the style of font you want and the size. Try to create your book so that a new page begins a new article. While you do this make it so that all the separate headings and sub-heading are in bold text so they stand out. Proof read it for miss-spellings and grammar. Print this out as a Pdf.

2. Re-read all the articles you have saved, taking notes from all the articles as you go along, make headings and sub-heading and list important details beneath each. Use the notes to write your own mini report. You can do this by reading some information from the notes and create your ebook in four sections. A beginning, describing what it's about and so forth. Your ebook can be anywhere from 5 to 10 pages and more in length. Write your mini report using MS Word or a similar program such as 'OpenOffice Writer' and set the style of font you want and the size. While you do this make it so that all the separate headings and sub-heading are in bold text so they stand out. Proof read it for miss-spellings and grammar. Print this out as a Pdf.

Above all the text of the document (E-book) you can have a graphic image of your book cover if you like, then the name of your e-book in very large bold text underneath it. After that you should have a legal notice so that it indemnifies you against any actions that may arise. We don't want to have any comebacks of any nature from anyone who may get hold of your report 6 months down the line, so cover ALL eventualities now, before it's too late!

Your legal notice can be set centrally in a frame or table similar to this:

Give your mini report a bold heading, ensure this is kept central on the page.

I wouldn't put any links to any offers in this report, for fear of scaring any prospects off before they have really had a chance to get to know you properly... Slowly, Slowly Catchy Monkey, in this case..! In other words.. if you are cautious and patient then you will get what you want and not make any mistakes. but if you are hasty and impatient then you will make a mistake and you will never get anything back.. give and you shall receive in abundance..!

We will be discussing ways in which you can set up a page to that will be able to distribute your niche report and capture names and email addresses at the same time in a later lesson. We will be using a Blog site method, an article site method, Facebook, Twitter, video and a few other lesser known methods of distributing your niche report so that you'll receive a list of hungry subscribers that will be waiting with baited breath for your next message and be ready to jump on (most) any offer you promote.
